Hey, I’m Polly!

A year ago, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomiosis after struggling with pain and a lot of unanswered questions. Since then, I've realized that eating well and living healthy is the best way to manage my symptoms—since there's no cure just yet.

For a while, the fear of pain and flare-ups made me dread food. My meals became super restrictive, and eating just felt like something I had to do, not something I enjoyed. But over time, cooking became an outlet for me to explore new foods—finding meals I could actually enjoy while still managing my symptoms. It’s become a fun, creative process that’s helping me feel better both physically and mentally
